Job summary

Digitailor is hiring its first dedicated Product Lead to own the product domain for an operational workflow platform used by hospital leaders. You will set direction in partnership with engineering, design, and clinical leadership in a hybrid New York role.

Expect five to ten years in health-tech product management, with hands-on ownership and a track record in operational workflow products for health-system buyers. Strong SQL, analytics tools, and AI prototyping experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of product management experience in health technology.
• Experience as a founding or sole product manager with hands-on ownership across the product surface area.
• Background building operational workflow products for health system buyers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Learn hospital operations and user workflows, then turn customer insights into clear product requirements.
• Own the roadmap and prioritize support requests and partner feedback for engineering.
• Connect roadmap decisions to revenue, customer value, retention, and market opportunity.
• Establish product tooling, business metrics, and an analytics strategy for measuring feature impact.
• Improve the experience for nurse managers and make product priorities and progress visible across the company.
