Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced product leader in healthcare to own major platform areas as an individual contributor in a hybrid role in Connecticut. You will translate clinical workflows into clear requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, and operations.

You will use customer insights and market research to define a long-term vision and an outcome-driven roadmap, balancing regulatory needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product management/ownership experience in healthcare or SaaS products.
• Experience building Enrollment, Billing, or adjacent healthcare software for PAYERS/PAYORS.

Responsibilities

• Lead as an individual contributor to the major areas of the platform, setting expectations and fostering accountability.
• Use customer interviews, workflow observations, product analytics, and market research to identify opportunities and validate priorities.
• Define a long-term product vision and strategy aligned to company goals, clinical workflows, interoperability, and measurable outcomes.
• Create and maintain an outcome-oriented roadmap, prioritizing investments by customer value, clinical impact, and feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations to define requirements and deliver reliable products on a predictable cadence.
• Champion simple, efficient experiences for clinical documentation, orders, scheduling, referrals, care coordination, and workflows.
