Highmark Health is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, drive multi-year roadmaps, and align with business, technology, and enterprise objectives. Role emphasizes adoption, value realization, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience working in an agile development environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of products.
• Guide discovery, business-case development, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations across the portfolio.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Establish measures of success and monitor outcomes across the portfolio.
