Highmark Health is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio spanning Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities.

You will mentor a team of Product Managers, align investments with customer outcomes, and drive lifecycle management from discovery to adoption while partnering with business, operations, and technology to realize measurable value.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• 3 years of Leadership Experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry (preferred).
• Experience working in an agile development environment (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Involved in hiring decisions, coaching and development, performance management and staff productivity.
• Develop and refine product strategy and roadmaps; conduct market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Ensure accurate requirement definition and backlog management for the team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams; participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Oversee product development and launches across portfolio; ensure quality and strategic foresight.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand needs; participate in user testing and research activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive analysis; maintain understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with team; stay informed on industry regulations and best practices in healthcare.
