Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager who will lead the strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio of Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network products within Provider Data & Reimbursement. You will guide a team of Product Managers and align initiatives with customer needs, technology strategy, and enterprise goals.

In this role you will partner with business, operations, and IT teams to translate market insights into a cohesive roadmap, manage lifecycle, and drive adoption

Qualifications

5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
3 years of Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and roadmap for contracting, credentialing, and network products.
Build and mentor a high-performing Product Management team.
Partner with business, operations, technology, and other stakeholders.
Translate customer needs and market trends into investment recommendations.
Prioritize backlog and guide discovery, business-case development, and launches.
Monitor outcomes and drive adoption and value realization.
Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
