Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related product role, preferably supporting finance, accounting, or ERP-related products.
• Demonstrated experience owning products within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products or enhancements that achieved measurable business outcomes, particularly in financial operations (e.g., A/R, A/P, billing, or reconciliation).
• Experience leading product discovery, defining scope and value, and supporting funding or intake processes.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, cash application) and/or Accounts Payable (vendor management, invoice processing, payment workflows).

Responsibilities

• Define and adapt the product vision to drive the success of the product.
• Use market/industry research to generate ideas for products that Step Up customers will want.
• Oversee design and development and plan how to educate customers and users on the product.
• Define product communication objectives.
• Provide analyses and reports to leadership and respond to questions and requests.
• Research needs and desires of customers to inform product decisions.
• Review and adjust product production schedules to maintain availability.
