Job summary

Foundation Source is seeking an experienced product manager to lead the design, development, and launch of FundOS features for DAF administration and fund accounting. You will own the roadmap across business outcomes, feasibility, and client needs, and partner with clients and internal teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality releases.

You will work with engineering and delivery teams, use metrics and client feedback to drive improvements, and present results to senior management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with software and SaaS platforms.
• Working knowledge of fintech use cases such as payment workflows and financial compliance.
• Understanding of complex systems and integrations.
• Strong written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to turn business needs into high-impact product features.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and launch of FundOS features for DAF administration and fund accounting
• Own and prioritize the FundOS roadmap across business outcomes, feasibility, and client needs
• Partner with business stakeholders, clients, and operational teams to define product requirements
• Work with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ship high-quality features on schedule
• Use product metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Present product strategy and performance results to senior management
• Research DAF administration trends and the competitive landscape

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
