Harrison Clarke partners with a stealth startup to lead the product direction for an enterprise AI platform. This hands-on leadership role focuses on translating complex technical and financial problems into actionable product requirements.

You will own major areas of the platform, work with CIOs/CFOs and engineering teams, and influence product direction in an early-stage company with significant impact on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or leadership.
• Experience building and scaling complex B2B/enterprise software.
• Experience from discovery through launch, adoption, iteration.
• Background in data-intensive products (analytics, cloud, AI platforms).
• Strong customer discovery with executive & technical audiences.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, telemetry, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of product analytics and evidence-based decisions.
• Experience working with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for major areas of a customer-facing AI platform.
• Lead discovery with CIOs, CFOs, product leaders, AI platform teams, and engineers.
• Translate complex technical and financial problems into clear product requirements.
• Define how customers measure business KPIs, unit economics, and cost-to-value ratios.
• Build capabilities for comparing AI agents, models, prompts, and architectures across cost, quality, latency, reliability, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering on telemetry, SDKs, APIs, integrations, data models, and cloud architecture.
• Define product metrics and use customer behavior and feedback to guide decisions.
