• Own the reliability and quality of the platform while advancing AI-powered automation.
• Define triggers, logic, approvals, and escalations across Rippling’s products; build primitives for teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on event-driven architectures and data pipelines for AI in workflow automation.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and customer teams to drive adoption and successful launches.
