Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with Java or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
• Ability to work in person from our Bellevue headquarters, and to participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software components powering Auger's supply chain solutions, including real-time data pipelines, APIs, and AI-powered tools.
• Solve scalability, performance, and data integration challenges, from optimizing logistics algorithms to improving platform responsiveness.
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ship solutions that hold up beyond the first customer.
• Own your projects end to end, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud computing, AI, and modern software practices along the way.
• Ship work that matters. Your code runs in production, powering decisions for global businesses in the world of logistics and beyond.
