Job summary

Brex is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Finance Admin AI surface to own the end-to-end product direction, shaping agent behavior and prompts for finance admins. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and research to deliver production-ready AI agents that help ensure policy compliance and actionable insights.

You will work with controllers, finance teams, and real customers to iterate quickly, define success metrics, and push the boundaries of AI-assisted expense management within

Qualifications

• You’ve owned complex, user-facing products end to end with the scope and judgment for a senior role.
• Experience building for company admins, and delivering to customers across finance, accounting, HR, payroll, IT, compliance, data.
• Depth in company workflows, data, reporting, and the ability to model admin’s answers from data.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the Finance Admin AI surface — roadmap and day-to-day decisions.
• Translate finance workflows into agent behavior that works in production and enforces policy.
• Define what good judgment means for an agent handling someone else’s money and build evals/prompts accordingly.
• Prototype, measure, read traces, and iterate toward real-world usefulness with hands-on data work.
• Work with finance admins at real companies; let usage drive next iterations and set a high quality bar for trust-critical AI.
