Job summary

CMO Owls seeks a product manager to own a defined part of our SaaS product, collaborating with customers and engineering to ship features that move real marketing results. You will conduct real customer conversations, write precise specs, and drive end-to-end roadmaps.

You will work with cross-functional teams to inform pricing, positioning, and product strategy for content and social agents or audit/monitoring agents, with a strong emphasis on AI/LLM-driven value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills—comfort with usage data, not intuition.
• Excellent written communication; specs and roadmaps that engineers can build from.
• Genuine curiosity about AI/LLM products and how agents create customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap end to end from idea through shipped, measurable impact.
• Write specs detailed enough for engineering to build with minimal follow-up questions.
• Run real customer conversations and translate learnings into a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead market and competitive research to inform pricing and positioning for your area.
• Engage engineering, marketing, and sales stakeholders on what ships next and why.
