Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Product Manager to build AI agents that automate day-to-day branch operations. You will own the product strategy, write specifications, design the user experience, and engage with customers weekly to guide development across NGFW, SASE, and SD-WAN.

You will partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, support, sales, and channel teams; define packaging and pricing; and help sellers demonstrate value to large enterprises and MSPs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for networking, security, or IT infra.
• Experience shipping AI, ML, or large-language-model products.
• Strong ability to write specs and user stories.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales and channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for AI agents in branch ops.
• Write PRDs, define data use, and ownership/approval rules.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams weekly.
• Help packaging, pricing, and revenue models for enterprise buyers.
• Lead enablement for sales and partners; drive adoption outcomes.
