Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Product Manager to build AI agents for day-to-day branch operations, covering troubleshooting, posture checks, and software upgrade recommendations. You’ll own the product strategy across NGFW, SASE, and SD-WAN, write specs, design UX, and interact with customers weekly.

You will lead cross-functional teams—engineering, AI/ML, design, support, sales, marketing, and channel partners—to ensure successful delivery and compelling packaging and pricing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for networking or IT infrastructure.
• Experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-based products, SaaS preferred.
• Strong ability to define strategy, pricing, and business cases.
• Proven write-your-own-specs capability and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and roadmap for AI agents managing branch ops.
• Interview customers weekly to refine requirements and priorities.
• Write PRDs and user stories detailing data and approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, design, sales, and channel teams.
• Define packaging, pricing, and go-to-market with partners.
