Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Commercialization & Readiness Manager to lead go-to-market planning and launch execution for Retail initiatives. You will partner with Product, Operations and marketing to ensure value delivery, with a focus on successful in-market launches and post-launch optimization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional influence, stakeholder collaboration, and the use of AI to enhance planning, measurement, and communication across teams. 15% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a product, project, or program management role.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and influence across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Experience with change-management principles and PDLC.
• Ability to analyze information and prepare professional presentations; comfortable using AI.

Responsibilities

• Product Launch Leadership: lead go-to-market launch and post-launch plans and communicate results.
• Product Commercialization: coordinate goals, milestones, and risk management.
• Define & Measure Success: define value metrics and use KPIs, dashboards.
• VOC: keep customer voice in product process.
• Training and Support Alignment: align training and support readiness.
• Communication: craft concise messaging and build support networks.
• Process Improvement: streamline GTM and readiness; leverage AI to improve productivity.
• People Management: may grow to manage 1-2 direct reports.
• Travel up to 15%.
