Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Commercialization & Readiness Manager to drive go-to-market strategies for Retail initiatives. You will partner with product, operations, marketing and client teams to ensure timely launches and measurable value delivery.

The role emphasizes SDLC, change management, and the use of AI to enhance planning, communication, and analytics across launch phases. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6+ years in product, project, or program management.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus and strong collaboration skills are required.
• Comfortable communicating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders and leading through influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market launch and post-launch plans for major initiatives.
• Coordinate across product, operations, marketing and IT to ensure value delivery.
• Define and measure success with KPIs, dashboards and stage-gate processes.
