Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Product Commercialization Coordinator to bring new products and content to market by coordinating launch activities, managing product communications, and supporting market readiness.

This role collaborates with Commercial, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Gaming Operations to ensure launches are on time, information is clear and accurate, and teams can act on guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or product launches.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain gaming licenses and regulatory approvals.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launch activities to support timely market releases.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and readiness across projects.
• Create and distribute release communications and launch docs.
• Ensure product information is accurate and accessible in systems.
• Support market entries by coordinating readiness and documentation.
• Partner with functions to support launches.
• Facilitate risk discussions and resolve issues.
• Deliver training and product updates on plans and information.
• Produce reports and status updates to inform decisions.
• Identify process improvements to reduce launch risk.
• Contribute to day-to-day lifecycle activities.
