Aristocrat Leisure is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support product planning, requirements gathering, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination within Gaming Operations. This early-career role offers broad exposure to product launches, portfolio management, and market deployment strategies, while senior leaders focus on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in product management, project management, commercial operations, analytics, gaming, or related field.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

Support go-to-market planning and execution for Gaming Operations product launches.
Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities across Product Management, Studios, Gaming Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success, and Sales.
Track launch achievements, dependencies and deliverables for successful commercialization.
Develop and maintain launch plans, deployment schedules, and communication materials.
Monitor launch performance, customer adoption, and portfolio metrics; provide insights for improvement.
Prepare reports and status updates for leadership and teams.
