Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program support, product launches, or business operations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product launch activities to support timely market releases.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and readiness across multiple projects.
  • Create and distribute release communications and launch documentation.
  • Ensure product information is accurate across systems and enablement tools.
  • Support new market entries by coordinating readiness activities and documentation.
  • Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Gaming Operations.
  • Facilitate risk discussions and issue resolution to improve launch execution.
  • Coordinate testing and communicate results, recommendations, and lessons learned.
  • Deliver training and product updates to teams on launch plans and processes.
  • Support reporting, product status updates, and business requests for informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce launch risk.
  • Contribute to day-to-day product lifecycle activities and related responsibilities.

The Product Commercialization Coordinator helps bring new products and content to market by coordinating launch activities, managing product communications, and supporting market readiness.
