Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, PM, Analytics or related field.
• 1+ years of product management, project management, analytics, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities for Gaming Operations launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across PM, Studios, Gaming Ops, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Track launch milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for successful commercialization.
• Assist with launch readiness reviews: gather info, maintain docs, monitor actions.
• Help develop and maintain launch plans, deployment schedules, and product docs.
• Facilitate product transitions from approval to market deployment with ops teams.
• Monitor launch performance, adoption, and portfolio metrics; provide insights.
• Analyze customer, market, and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of launch processes and governance.
• Stay aware of competitors and market conditions to inform planning.
• Assist PMs with portfolio planning and lifecycle activities.
