Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Merchandising Operations Assistant Manager to provide project coordination and operational support for product commercialization.

Under the Merchandising Senior Director, you will move assigned products from concept through system setup, costing, PO readiness, production prep, and customer launch. You will maintain project trackers, track milestones, resolve routine issues, coordinate with business partners, and ensure master data accuracy in ERP/PIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Product Development, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in merchandising operations, commercialization, product development, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and multiple launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP, PIM, and PLM processes; strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches and commercialization workstreams from concept through production readiness and shipment.
• Log commercialization requests, review submissions for completeness, and route information to the owner.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and launch schedules per priorities.
• Coordinate routine activities with business partners and manage cross-functional conflicts.
• Document decisions, follow up on deliverables, and track milestones and risks.
• Enter or coordinate product setup in ERP and related systems using approved data.
• Maintain launch checklists, track approvals, and keep commercialization records organized.
