Live Comfortably is seeking a Merchant Operations Assistant Manager to oversee product commercialization projects from concept to customer launch. You will manage trackers, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration under the Merchandising Senior Director, ensuring on-time readiness for production and shipment.

The role requires three+ years in merchandising operations, ERP/PIM experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in merchandising operations, commercialization, product development, or a related function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or multiple product launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, PIM, and commercialization or PLM processes.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches from concept through production readiness and shipment.
• Log commercialization requests, review submissions for completeness, and route to owners.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and launch schedules.
• Follow up on routine deliverables and notify leadership of overdue items.
• Coordinate activities with partners and escalate cross-functional issues.
• Document decisions and action items for commercialization meetings.
