Job summary

Live Comfortably, LLC is seeking a Merchant Operations Assistant Manager to support product commercialization from concept to customer launch. You will help manage workstreams, track milestones, and coordinate ERP data setup under the direction of the Merchandising Senior Director.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with ERP/PIM/PLM tools, and the ability to drive multi-functional projects in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Product Development, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising operations, commercialization, product development, supply chain, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches and commercialization workstreams from concept to production readiness and shipment.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and launch schedules.
• Coordinate activities with business partners and elevate issues to the Merchandising Senior Director.
• Document decisions and action items for commercialization meetings.
• Enter or coordinate product setup information within ERP and related systems.
