Job summary

Live Comfortably LLC in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Merchant Operations Assistant Manager to coordinate product commercialization from concept through launch. You will maintain project trackers, ensure data completeness, and escalate issues to the Merchandising Senior Director while supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing launch timelines, routing submissions, coordinating ERP/PIM/PLM data, and documenting decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years in merchandising operations or related function.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects or multiple product launches.
Working knowledge of ERP and PIM systems.
Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Support product launches and commercialization workstreams from concept approval through production readiness.
Log requests, review for completeness, and route issues to owners.
Maintain project timelines, milestones, and launch schedules.
Follow up on overdue items that may affect launches.
Coordinate routine activities with business partners and escalate issues.
Document decisions and actions in meetings; track milestones and risks.
Enter or coordinate product setup in ERP and related systems.
Maintain launch checklists and commercialization records.
