Job summary

Plaid Inc. is seeking a Product Operations professional to own a suite of Plaid products end-to-end as a trusted technical partner. You will identify operational gaps, streamline product readiness, and ensure engineering teams hear critical customer feedback.

You will drive documentation, tooling, and processes, empower internal teams with guides and workflows, and translate frontline insights into product roadmaps to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to write clear, structured documentation for technical partners and senior decision-makers.
• Proficiency with SQL to pull, join, and analyze operational metrics.
• Experience in technical support, solutions engineering, implementation, or product enablement as trusted advisor.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and identifying high-impact work independently.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence using data and reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Identify documentation, tooling, and process gaps before new features launch to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Build step-by-step guides, troubleshooting workflows, and training materials for customer-facing teams.
