You’ll manage the New Product Launch Manufacturing Readiness Report, proactively flag risks, and collaborate with SDT to resolve issues. Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 5–10 years in manufacturing plus product design experience,

• Coordinate QS9000 implementation and process initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of communication between plant and SDT Team.
• Coordinate across all plant departments to drive launches.
• Develop launch plans and hit milestones for product launches.
• Manage New Product Launch Manufacturing Readiness Report and risks.
• Resolve product issues and lead process launch actions.
• Conduct design reviews with Launch SDT to meet quality goals.
• Ensure poka-yoke controls are in Control Plan and FMEA.
• Address Launch PRRs and customer concerns promptly.
• Prevent non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Document and track product/process quality issues to closure.
