Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in product support, marketing programs, sales enablement, operations, or related commercial functions.
• Technical background or knowledge of Armstrong product line is desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technically accurate sales materials and sampling programs.
• Execute end-to-end project management for sales tools from concept through production and distribution.
• Track, analyze, and report metrics related to sampling and sales activities.
• Develop training materials for teams and distributors to support product positioning and selling.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including fulfillment centers and partners.
• Coordinate with external agencies to create print, digital, video assets.
• Provide input on timelines, customer requirements, and costs to product managers.
