Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy; ensure quotations exist and pricing is validated.
• Use SAP system to manually create sales orders.
• Use Salesforce system to process Quote to Order orders.
• Update order status in Domino tracker.
• Provide excellent communication to customers about order status.
• Develop understanding of customers' needs and take action to meet them.
• Create positive customer experience throughout the order life cycle, including revisions and special delivery requests.
• Identify and offer alternatives to resolve problems.
• Facilitate claims by documenting issues in Salesforce and routing tasks.
• Use Newforma to maintain accurate project status.
• Develop knowledge of Architectural Specialties products and supplier capabilities.
