Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Utilize SAP and Salesforce systems for order management.
• Provide excellent communication to customers related to order status.
• Develop an understanding of customers’ needs to take actions to ensure satisfaction.
• Facilitate the claims process via documentation in Salesforce.
