Job summary

MARBELIZ in Richardson, TX is seeking a Product Labeling & Inventory Assistant. This full-time, on-site role focuses on accurate product labeling, receiving, packing, and maintaining organized inventory to support efficient warehouse operations.

You will log inventory data, count stock, generate simple reports, and collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfillment. No remote work is offered; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to perform physical inventory tasks including counting and reconciling stock.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and teammates.
• Basic computer literacy including inventory software, spreadsheets and email.
• Attention to labeling/documentation procedures and safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and stand, lift, and move products in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Label products accurately and prepare items for storage or shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory areas and update records daily.
• Count and verify physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Log inventory data using computer systems and generate basic reports.
