More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common queries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
- Compensation is $18.50 per hour.
- TurboBonus Boost of $5.00 per hour: Enjoy this bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th.
- Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert.
- Certification lasts 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; additional hours are welcome.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, and your advocate will be a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS).
