More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
- Get paid $18.50 per hour.
- Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th.
- Receive a $310 bonus for participating in the certification process as a TurboTax Product Expert.
- Certification occurs over 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; additional hours are welcome.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls and have an advocate in the Marketplace Performance Specialist role.
Required Experience & Skills
- No specific accounting background is required. Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers are preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential for articulating solutions clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while delivering excellent service is crucial.
