Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team, driving product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will ensure balanced stock, support guest experience, and act as Supervisor on Duty when on shift.

You will collaborate with leadership to translate product plans into actionable store actions, oversee stock accuracy, and coach team members to deliver a world-class guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or merchandising.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Ability to plan and organize store operations.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with data or metrics to inform actions.
• Customer service mindset and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Lead inventory processing and ensure SOP adherence.
• Manage back-of-house product operations and stock accuracy.
• Coach and develop team members with feedback and recognition.
• Deliver world-class guest experience on floor during shifts.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategies.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Lead by example as Supervisor on Duty and engage team.
