lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will lead shifts, ensure stock is organized, and support a world-class guest experience on the floor and in BOH.

This role involves collaborating with leadership, planning inventory activities, and guiding team members through coaching, recruitment input, and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to maintain a fun, productive shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate findings to support sell-through.
• Review daily data to inform product focus and pricing decisions.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver expert product education.
