West Elm is seeking a Product Coordinator to manage product handling duties at our New York corporate office. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and processing samples while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or customer service role and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Competitive pay at $25/hr along with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service role.
• Basic math skills and working knowledge of basic PC use including e‑mail and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive product and document receipt accurately.
• Assist with picking, packing, and delivery of items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
