Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an Administrative Manufacturing Planner in the United States to support engineering and operations in introducing new packing products and defining production routings. You will create detailed work descriptions, specify equipment, time, sequence and product characteristics relevant to manufacturing.

You will also assist improvement projects, document standards, and identify opportunities to optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing with an associate's degree in technical field or relevant experience.
  • Industrial Engineering knowledge: cycle time analysis, standard work, line balancing.
  • Experience with production routings and standards.
  • Ability to work both administratively on a computer and line-side support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to train junior staff.

Starting Pay: $31.60/hour

Schedule: Admin (M - F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM)

What You'll Do

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work both administratively from a computer in addition to line-side support, as the business requires.
  • Applies solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues for a substantial amount of overall effort and is relied upon to train and assist junior staff.
  • Demonstrates advanced written, interpersonal, technical, quality, internal/external customer service, and/or application skills. Independently resolves most issues and complex matters, properly escalating highly complex problems or out of guideline/policy issues.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $31.60 - $31.60 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
