Job summary

The LEGO Group, based in the United States, is seeking a technically skilled professional with strong manufacturing experience to help introduce novelties to the production floor. You will craft detailed work descriptions for new packing products and define routings to streamline workflows, while supporting engineering improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include 3-5 years in manufacturing, an associate degree or equivalent, IE knowledge, and SAP familiarity.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing with an associate’s degree in technical field or additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Industrial Engineering knowledge – Cycle time analysis, standard work, line balancing
  • Experience with production routings and standards
  • Ability to work both administratively from a computer in addition to line-side support, as the business requires.
  • Applies solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues for a substantial amount of overall effort and is relied upon to train and assist junior staff.
  • Demonstrates advanced written, interpersonal, technical, quality, internal/external customer service, and/or application skills. Independently resolves most issues and complex matters, properly escalating highly complex problems or out of guideline/policy issues.

  • Identify risks and deviations in introduction process – and assist with mitigations or corrections of these risks and deviations

Job Description

Starting Pay $31.60/hour

Schedule Admin (M - F, 8 AM - 4 30 PM)

What You'll Do

Basic Qualifications

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $31.60 - $31.60 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
