LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a Machine Operator/Line Leader to oversee the Final Pack packaging line on a day shift. You will lead the line, perform setup and changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering and Production to ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality products.
You will conduct quality checks, maintain production records, and drive autonomous maintenance and 5S activities while promoting a positive team culture.

Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're looking for an experienced Machine Operator and team leader to support our Final Pack production operations.
In this role, you'll lead line performance, troubleshoot equipment, support team members, and help ensure we deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.
In Final Pack, we work together to support Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse operations by delivering products safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards.
As a Line Leader, you'll play a critical role in keeping production lines running efficiently by leading line activities, supporting team members, conducting quality inspections, managing changeovers, and proactively identifying and escalating safety, quality, and operational concerns.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds for up to 50% of the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods, including 12-hour shifts. Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and overtime as needed.
