LEGO Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of LEGO equipment through Total Productive Maintenance, improving efficiency and reducing maintenance costs while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise, experience with PLCs, HMI, wiring, and OT concepts, and a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Shift Differential: 10% for night shift ($40.53)
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern (day and night shifts)
Assure the reliability of the LEGO equipment through theTotal Productivity Maintenance and increasing efficiency andproductivity, reducing the maintenance cost by following thesafety and quality standards in a self-sufficient manner whileworking with other team members.

The salary for this position has a range of $36.85 - $36.85 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
