Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product testing, safety, quality, and product integrity programs.
• Ability to interpret company policies, regulatory requirements, and standards for risk-based decisions.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies for fabrics, trims, and garments.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data management tools; strong analytical skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and investigations related to product safety and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily assessments of test data, address failures, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Oversee third-party lab test program execution and communicate updates to leadership.
• Analyze testing trends, identify failure patterns, and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as SME for testing programs and ensure alignment with regulatory and risk objectives.
• Investigate safety, quality, and compliance concerns and document findings with recommendations.
• Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams for market-driven product integrity initiatives.
• Maintain and distribute internal testing policies and manuals.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and labs as needed.
