Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Integrity (Safety, Quality & Testing) to manage product testing, assess safety risks, and advise on corrective actions across our Baby and Kids brands.

You will independently evaluate test data, identify emerging risks, and provide recommendations to protect consumers while upholding brand integrity in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role reports to the Product Integrity Senior Manager, Testing and Compliance and is based in our

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel product testing, safety, quality, and product integrity experience.
• Ability to interpret policies and standards and apply them to risk‑based decisions.
• Strong testing methodologies knowledge for fabrics, trims and garments.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases and BI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assessment of test data and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Oversee third‑party lab test program accuracy and update procedures as needed.
• Analyze testing trends, identify failure patterns, and propose improvements.
• Own testing program execution aligned with regulatory requirements and risk objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review designs and specs for safety and quality.
