Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and copying documents.
• Create requested AQLs and release ASNs.
• Analyze historical information to decide if styles are Will Skip or Will QC.
• Enter data into the company database and other data management systems (FDM4, Audit Analysis, Rejection Summary).
• Complete the 100% rejection chart.
• Verify data by comparing with source documents and correct errors.
• Conduct regular data audits to rectify discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all data entries and changes.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to clarify discrepancies and ensure accurate information flow.
• Complete data entry tasks within deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements.

Administrative (Data Entry) is responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into computer systems and databases. This role involves handling sensitive information with a high level of integrity and ensuring data accuracy, keep all files and databases in order and up to date.

Qualifications

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, scanning, and copying documents.


• Create the requested AQL's and release ASN's.


• Analyze the historical information and be able to decide if the requested styles are (Will Skip or Will QC).


• Accurately input and update data into the company database, spreadsheets, and other data management systems (FDM4, Audit Analysis and Rejection Summary).


• Complete the 100% rejection chart.


• Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information and correcting errors.
