Abacus in the Memphis area is seeking a Product Integrity Clerk (Data Analysis) to input and manage data with high accuracy. The role emphasizes data integrity, confidentiality, and collaboration with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Input and update data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality for sensitive information.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies through regular audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and copying documents.
• Create requested AQLs and release ASNs.
• Analyze historical information to decide if styles are Will Skip or Will QC.
• Enter data into the company database and other data management systems (FDM4, Audit Analysis, Rejection Summary).
• Complete the 100% rejection chart.
• Verify data by comparing with source documents and correct errors.
• Conduct regular data audits to rectify discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all data entries and changes.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to clarify discrepancies and ensure accurate information flow.
• Complete data entry tasks within deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements.
