Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business from a 4-year college or university.
• 4+ years of Brand Management experience in CPG products or food industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for menu innovation inspired by consumer insights, trends, culture and competition.
• Develop strategic product briefs and go-to-market plans from concept to national launch, including merchandising and pricing.
• Collaborate with Culinary and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent consumer experience across restaurants and digital channels.
