Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager, Product Innovation to shape menu innovation and go-to-market strategy grounded in consumer insights and trends.

You will partner with Culinary and cross-functional teams to move new menu items from concept to national launch, including briefs, test markets, pricing, merchandising, and integrated marketing activation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business and 4+ years in Brand Management in CPG or food industries are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business from a 4-year college or university.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in Brand Management or CPG/food.
• Ability to translate insights into product briefs and GTM plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities inspired by trends and consumer behavior to drive innovation.
• Partner with Culinary and cross-functional teams to bring new items from concept to launch.
• Develop briefs and support test markets, pricing, merchandising, and marketing activation.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies for national launches across restaurants and digital channels.
• Collaborate with communications and marketing partners to execute integrated campaigns.
