Job summary

Chubb is seeking a product-focused professional to own the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio in Friday Harbor, WA. You will coordinate campaigns, manage updates, and align business, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing enhancements.

In this role you’ll track requirements, document processes, and work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio.
• Coordinate the implementation of new sales campaigns, products, changes, and updates requested by commercial teams.
• Track functional and operational requirements related to commercial implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and product specifications.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other relevant teams.
• Validate that implementations meet defined timelines, standards, and business objectives.
• Support the resolution of issues or adjustments arising from commercial operations.
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements when needed.
