Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Product and Implementation Specialist (Finance) to manage the Basic Book and Travel products and coordinate commercial area implementations, ensuring successful launches, updates, and enhancements while aligning business, operations, and commercial teams.

You will work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other teams, validate timelines and standards, document processes, and track performance to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio.
• Coordinate the implementation of new sales campaigns, products, changes, and updates requested by commercial teams.
• Track functional and operational requirements related to commercial implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and product specifications.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other relevant teams.
• Validate that implementations meet defined timelines, standards, and business objectives.
• Support the resolution of issues or adjustments arising from commercial operations.
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements when needed.
