Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Product Manager to manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio and coordinate commercial area implementations, ensuring launches, updates, and enhancements align with business goals.

You will work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other teams, ensure proper documentation, track requirements, and validate timelines and standards. This role monitors product performance and drives improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio.
• Coordinate the implementation of new sales campaigns, products, changes, and updates requested by commercial teams.
• Track functional and operational requirements related to commercial implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and product specifications.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other relevant teams.
• Validate that implementations meet defined timelines, standards, and business objectives.
• Support the resolution of issues or adjustments arising from commercial operations.
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements when needed.
