You will translate client requirements into organized product scopes and delivery plans, coordinating with MIG, clients, and delivery partners to align pilots with business goals. Responsibilities include leading discovery, translating challenges into user stories, developing timelines, and documenting feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, implementation, SaaS, or enterprise operations.
• Strong project-management and documentation capabilities.

• Ability to translate between technical and nontechnical teams.
• Strong organizational and client-communication skills.
• Insurance, claims, compliance, construction, risk, or financial-services experience is preferred.

Remote, United States Part-time contract or fractional $35–$60 per hour or approximately $2,000–$5,000 per month, depending on experience, scope, and availability

Position Overview

The Product & Implementation Lead will translate business and client requirements into organized product scopes, workflows, implementation plans, and deliverables. This person will coordinate across MIG, prospective clients, and approved technical delivery partners to keep product development and pilot launches aligned with business objectives.
