Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Growth Strategy (Starlink) to lead the growth team responsible for launches, market-specific value props, and program changes across markets. You will coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, and in-market GTM to drive growth impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in product, growth, GTM, or related roles in technical/consumer business.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product growth team: set bar, assign ownership, ensure launch quality and growth impact.
• Own go-to-market for service programs and offering changes across markets.
• Coordinate deployment of product changes: roadmap, sequencing, launch readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with global GTM teams to ensure market-friendly experiences and onboarding.
• Drive impact planning and prioritization to align with growth goals.
• Be accountable for program impact: measure, iterate, scale, or stop.
• Source ideas, vet with data, test, and take winners to market.
• Represent product growth in Consumer Growth and GTM forums; align US and in-market teams.
